Standard Return Policy:
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you've purchased from Adelaqueen.com:
- You have 45 days to return an item from the date you receive it.
- Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged in its original package with all the items that arrived with the shipment (tags, buttons, buckles, etc.).
- Please check the addresses of Adelaqueen returning offices at US and UK. You could choose either one at your convenience.
Standard Refund Policy:
- Once we receive your item, a full refund will be initiated within 24 hours. You will receive your refund in the same tender, in which your item(s) was purchased. Credit may take up to 10 days depending on how you paid for your purchase.
